Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to other third-party products/services (“Other Third Parties”) accessed through our products/services, including your transaction counterparties, any third-party websites, and third-party service providers. We may use relevant technologies to obtain your location information (with varying degrees of accuracy), including IP address, GPS, and WLAN (such as Wi-Fi) access points and base stations that can provide relevant information. Information provided in the course of your use of the service may also contain corresponding geographic location information, such as regional information set in your account profile or geotag information in pictures and videos you upload. You may turn off the location service in your mobile device system settings to stop our collection of your location information, but this may prevent you from using location-based services we provide or achieving the expected effect of such services.

(2) Log Information. When you use our products/services, we will collect your browsing, searching, clicking, sharing, and other information and save it as related web logs, including your IP address, browser type, language used, operating system version, access date and time, telecom carrier, network requests, etc.

2. Personal Information We May Collect Indirectly

For the purposes of identity verification, account security protection, etc., with your authorization, we may obtain your personal information from third parties. In accordance with legal requirements and agreements with third parties, and after obtaining your authorization, we may obtain your relevant information from NeuroRester affiliates and partners, and use such information after confirming the legality of its source.

(2) Scenarios in Which You May Choose to Authorize Us to Collect and Use Personal Information

In order to provide you with complete services, and subject to legal requirements and your specific authorization, we may collect and use the following information. Such information will be collected in the specific functions and business scenarios you choose. If you do not provide such information, this will not affect your use of NeuroRester’s basic functions.

1. Extended Functions Based on Camera Authorization

You may choose to enable the camera permission on your system and authorize NeuroRester to access your camera by using functions such as taking photos, recording videos, and scanning codes, so that you can publish content by taking photos. We will collect the above information you upload and publish. You may disable this function in the system permission settings. Once disabled, you may not be able to use the scanning function or publish content by taking photos or videos, but this will not affect your enjoyment of NeuroRester’s basic services.

2. Auto-Start and Associated Start

In order to improve message delivery rates and provide you with timely message reminders, we will enable the associated start function for you by default to maintain app activity. If you do not wish to enable this function, we recommend that you manually disable it. A typical path is: Settings - Apps - App Launch Management - Select “NeuroRester” - Turn off associated start.

3. Accessing Apple Health

In order to allow users to view daily activity trends and general fitness data for personal reference, after obtaining your authorization, we will obtain the following data from Apple Health:

This data will be used to generate daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly visual charts, making it easier for users to track their daily activity trends.

If we use information for purposes not stated in this Policy, or use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will separately seek your authorization and consent.

(5) Rules for the Use of Personal Information

VIII. Account Deletion

Thank you for using the NeuroRester APP. If you need to delete your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the “Profile” page and click the “More” button at the bottom.
  1. In the More interface, find the “Delete Account” option and click to enter.
  2. Read the account deletion agreement carefully, and after confirming it is correct, click “Confirm Deletion.”
  3. The system will clear all your related data in the NeuroRester APP and delete your account.
  4. Please note that deleting your account will prevent you from continuing to use the services and functions provided by the NeuroRester APP, and all your related data will be erased. At the same time, any paid services you have purchased may become invalid as a result of account deletion.
